SARS Compliance for CSD
As reported at the 2019 AGM, PAAZA was not SARS registered at inception (circa 2000). This means that PAAZA is not compliant for the CSD system in South Africa.
The process of compiling all the correct documentation has continued unabated during 2020 albeit much slower due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic. This has been in conjunction with PAAZA's legal advisor and his team.
The Executive office is in the final phase of meeting all the SARS requirements and will be restricted by the availability of SARS under the ‘new normal’ to effect completion of this process.
