How do I place an order ?

Once you have chosen your products, simply add them to your cart using the ‘Add to Cart’ Button. For coffees, please chose one grind option (beans or ground) before adding the item to your cart.

With the items now in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right of the page. It will open your cart and show you the items you placed in it. If you’d like to remove an item, enter ‘0’ in the quantity column, in front of the selected item. Then click on the button below ‘Update your cart’.

Before proceeding to checkout, enter the province/country you would like to items to be shipped to by clicking on the ‘Change address’ under the province’s name. Once this is done, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.

If you’d like your items to be shipped to you, please enter your billing address and the shipping address underneath if it is different.

If you’d like to collect your items directly at our store, please only fill in the billing address and untick the ‘Ship to a different address’ category below.

Make sure your details are correct, click on the type of payment you would prefer then press ‘Place Order’.
